Jean-Claude, Member of the Universal Cassoulet brotherhood of Carcassonne, prepares the cassoulet with the greatest care to make you discover or rediscover the flavors of a regional dish so often overused. It is presented in a Le Parfait pot, for 2 people.

Preparation :

Lauragais beans, Toulouse sausage, duck confit
Information: sterilized product to be stored in a cool and dry place. For a successful tasting, pour the contents into a casserole and put in the oven at 200° for about 20 minutes. If there is not enough gravy, add a little water or even better a little meat broth.
