A classic from La Belle Minerva Prepared by Jean-Claude with the following ingredients: pork loin, rabbit meat, egg, cognac, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, shallot and aromatic herbs then sterilized for long-term storage. A simple starter to implement and full of flavors.
