Homemade fruit jam in a pretty Le Parfait jar

Fig/grape: White figs and red grapes from Saint Frichoux. The grapes are whole in order to find them under the tooth.
Strawberry: local fruit
Peach/violet: peaches grown on the heights of Caunes Minervois with a subtle touch of violet extract (symbolic flower of Toulouse)

Preparation

Jean-Claude prepares the jams according to the rules: cooking in a copper cauldron.
Prepared and sterilized without preservatives. After opening the jar, it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator.
